THIS LICENSE AUTHORIZES any Judge, Justice of the Peace, Licensed or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, or any other person authorized under the Laws of this State, to SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE Between Robert K. Hayes of New Hartford County of Pike and State of Missouri, who is over the age of twenty-one years; and Edna Harrelson of New Hartford in the County of Pike and State of Missouri who is over the age of eighteen years.

Robert Lee HAYES was born 1866 in New Hartford, Missouri; died 1914 and was buried in Bowling Green, MO Cemetery. 
He was the son of William HAYES and Frances Elizabeth HAWKINS. 
He married Edna M. HARRELSON 18 Mar 1891 in New Hartford, Pike Co., MO by W. A. Bibb, Baptist.
Edna M. HARRELSON was born 1872 in New Hartford, Pike Co., MO; died 1948 and was buried in Bowling Green, MO Cemetery.
She was the daughter of Leander Graves HARRELSON and Sarah C MOTLEY.
